“I have been with Cascade lifestyle for three months and it has been amazing.  Having been injured working with trainers in the past I was hesitant to start another program.  Not so with Monica and Rosie as they have an amazing amount of knowledge between them.  When I tell them something is causing pain or difficult for me they have a way to modify it.  My posture was better a month in, and neck strain is quite diminished.  I can bend down so easily now, my mobility and strength are much better and I have more energy.
