Cancellation policy:

Any massage appointments canceled within 24 hours will result in a charge of 50% the cost of the scheduled service.

Failure to appear for a massage appointment will result in a full charge of the scheduled service.

Personal training appointments are scheduled for the same time every week. If a client must skip a week and gives adequate notice, the contract may be extended one week (once per 3 month period)

Clients have the option to sign up for text and email reminders. Failure of the software to send a reminder does not prevent the accumulation of cancellation fees.
